In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on the site itself. The only personal data processed is what you give us in the acquisition review or by email.

Acquisition review

When you answer the review, we receive your name, your business, your answers about how you get customers and your goals, then your email and your phone number. This information is used only to judge whether a conversation makes sense, to prepare your review, to set up the appointment and to get back to you about it.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Your answers stay in your browser until you give us your contact details; they are then saved to prepare the review. A copy stays in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so you can pick up where you left off; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

An automatic assessment of your answers decides whether a time slot is offered to you. It has no other effect: you can always write to us directly to talk about it.

Retention periods

• Review started but not finished: 30 days.
• Review finished with no appointment offered: 6 months.
• Review with an appointment: 3 years after our last exchange, unless a business relationship is ongoing.
• Internal audience measurement, with no personal data: 13 months.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the MAGNET team and processed by our technical providers, only for the purposes above: site hosting ([Vercel Inc., region]), database ([Supabase, region]), calendar (Google Calendar, Google LLC), email sending (Resend), CRM: [name]. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework). No data is sold or passed on to an advertising platform.

The host's technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) are used for the security of the service. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way fingerprint of the IP address for no more than 24 hours.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@magnetacquisition.com. You can also cancel your appointment at any time from the link you received by email.

You can file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
