In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself. The data needed to arrange an appointment is what you provide in the acquisition review or by email. Optional audience measurement is described below.

Acquisition review

When you answer the review, we receive your name, your business, your answers about how you get customers and your goals, then your email and your phone number. This information is used only to judge whether a conversation makes sense, to prepare your review, to set up the appointment and to get back to you about it.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Your answers and contact details stay in this browser tab until final submission. The draft is cleared after submission. The chosen appointment is then remembered on your device to prevent duplicate bookings; you can clear this marker in your browser settings. An appointment request does not subscribe you to a marketing sequence.

No qualification answer automatically excludes you. If the calendar is unavailable, your chosen time remains a request to be confirmed by MAGNET.

Acquisition score

The score on the Acquisition score page is calculated in your browser: your answers are only sent if you ask to receive the details by email. In that case, we receive your email, your answers and, if you provide them, your first name and your company. They are used to send you those details and to contact you about them, nothing else.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box provided, which is never ticked in advance. You can withdraw it and ask for this data to be erased at any time by writing to contact@magnetacquisition.com.

MAGNET iPhone app

The app is for MAGNET clients only. It reads your client space with the key we give you and creates no account. The key stays in your iPhone's keychain. Your latest figures are kept on the device so they stay readable offline. “Déconnecter cet iPhone” erases the key and those figures.

If you rate the month, we receive your score and your message. The app has no advertising or analytics tool and does not track you. Legal basis: performance of our contract.

Retention periods

• Review started but not finished: 30 days.
• Review finished with no appointment offered: 6 months.
• Review with an appointment: 3 years after our last exchange, unless a business relationship is ongoing.
• Request for score details, without an appointment: 6 months after our last exchange.
• Pseudonymous measurement events: maximum retention of 13 months. Your accept or decline choice is stored for 6 months.
• Raw technical copies of forms: 30 days; follow-up records use the retention periods above.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the MAGNET team and processed by our technical providers, only for the purposes above: hosting of the site and its server functions (Vercel Inc.), database (Supabase Inc., hosted in the European Union, in Paris), appointment booking and calendar (GoHighLevel, and Google Calendar from Google LLC), email sending (Resend) and, for clients, online payment (Stripe). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework). No data is sold or passed on to an advertising platform.

The host's technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) are used for the security of the service. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way fingerprint of the IP address for no more than 24 hours.

Optional navigation measurement starts only after you accept. It uses a random session identifier, visit source, campaign and device type. No name, email or questionnaire answer is included. Declining leaves the website and booking available. Use “Audience measurement choices” at the bottom of the page to withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future events and clears session markers; the decline preference remains stored. No advertising trackers are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@magnetacquisition.com. To change or cancel your appointment, reply to the email received or contact us at the address above.

You can file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
